Gentlemen, Just before Christmas, during a very cold period, my heating unit stopped working. Your service technician came the same day I called your office. He advised me on the cost for the needed repairs and the cost for replacing the entire system. Due to the age of the unit, I decided to change the system. Since I had recently made an addition to my home, your people had calculated a new unit size. The crane schedule and the installation crew schedule was in a timely manner, the new unit was installed the day following the service call. Within two days of having a problem, my home was again comfortable and warm. All of your people, from the service dispatcher to the final installation crew, were timely, friendly and professional. Please extend my appreciation to you personnel. They made an unfortunate incident a pleasant event. Dear Bill, Office Staff and Technician I would like to commend all of you on your professionalism, excellent service and workmanship. Not only once but twice I have had to call for assistance when my unit went out at my house, and less than a year later the unit at my rental house. This happened during cold spells, and your immediate response, evaluation, and installation minimized the severity of these situations. Bill's evaluations included options, a process of discussion regarding concerns, needs, and price. He was able to provide on the spot prices, availability of different brands and size units, plus a time table for installation. I am happy to report I am a proud owner of a 4 ton Trane, 13 seer on the roof unit, and a 3 ton Amana 14 seer inside unit. I have been so pleased with Sunrise Mechanical's service, that I have already recommended them several times and will continue in the future. Congratulations to all of you!!!!
